The possibilities that lead to success in chess and beyond are vast and ever-evolving. At DF_Knights, we believe that the strategic thinking, problem-solving, and critical analysis inherent in chess are vital skills that can be applied to various aspects of life. Our curriculum is designed to not only enhance your chess abilities but also to foster personal growth and academic excellence. Through our meticulously crafted lessons, students learn to anticipate multiple outcomes, and make informed decisions under pressure. These skills are invaluable, not just on the chessboard, but in everyday life. By embracing the challenges and opportunities presented by chess, our students develop resilience, patience, and the confidence to face any obstacle. We encourage our participants to view every game as a learning experience, where each move is a step towards greater understanding and mastery. The journey to becoming a chess master is filled with moments of triumph and setbacks, and it is through this journey that students truly realize their potential. This summer chess camp is open to all but, recommended for 2nd through 8th graders. Monday, August 3 - Tuesday, August 4 - Wednesday, August 5 - Thursday August 6 and Friday, August 7, 2026. The Instructor will provide all the equipment needed for a successful chess lesson. Every DF_Knights chess class is new and comes with high cognitive benefits, followed by chess tournaments!
